The Consultation
It is important to know that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when attending a hypnotherapy consultation.
Not every hypnotherapist works with children as it is a specialist area.
And very young children will not benefit from hypnotherapy please discuss this with your therapist.

Jakes Story
Jake 9 year old was bitten by a dog a few years ago and since then his fear of dogs had turned in to a phobia he only had to see a dog in the street and he would run as fast as he could to avoid it.
After working on his phobis using cognitive behavior hypnosis this is jake with his new best friend Lenny.
"I wanted to say a big big thank you for your help with Jake from me, Jake and the rest of my family.
Christmas day was amazing, and in a controlled way Jake decided to stroke Lenny by himself, with no anxiety.

Lindsey hits the waves again
I'd been windsurfing for a long time, a little over six years and I'd always been bothered by really high winds. It's not just that they scared me, it's that they terrified me. The feeling at the pit of my stomach is hard to describe and the thoughts that went through my head of possible accidents that could occur were jut silly. My parents knew Russell from a long time ago when they used to fight at karate. My mum found out that he was now practicing as a hypnotherapist and suggested that this may be something to try for my fear of the higher winds. We're a very skeptical family and weren't convinced that this was going to have any effect at all, but after the first session I already started to experience changes in my attitude and behavior towards all sports not just the windsurfing. It wasn't just my fear that was subsiding but also my confidence was peaking and I was starting to win more and more at badminton (which I play at school) The changes just made my overall personality shine and I feel much more confident in all aspects of life now not only the windsurfing. The feeling in my stomach has completely dissipated and all I feel when I arrive at a windsurfing event now is freedom and excitement for what is in store. I hope that this new found inspiration and enthusiasm will help me conquer the racecourse now!
